This retreat is a journey into embodied presence, where nature, ritual, and community guide you back to the wisdom already alive inside you. Through intentional practices and meaningful experiences, you are supported in releasing what no longer serves and embracing the growth, clarity, and transformation ready to unfold.
Facilitators.
This retreat is lovingly guided by Melissa (Dass Akal) Warwick and Elizabeth (Lyz) Peregrina, a heart-centered teaching team devoted to creating safe, transformative spaces for healing and self-discovery. Melissa — Founder & Lead Teacher of Golden Vibrations — is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and Sound Healer who has taught Kundalini Yoga since 2017, blending breathwork, mantra, meditation, and energy healing to reconnect students with their inner wisdom and truth.
Lyz — Lead Facilitator & Teacher — founder of Unfolding the Lotus is a Yoga & Ayurveda Teacher who brings a deeply nurturing presence rooted in embodied movement, somatic awareness, and intuitive guidance. Together, they weave yoga, meditation, energetic practices, and reflective integration to support each participant in coming home to their power. Their shared intention is to hold a grounded, loving container where the spirit of community, inner balance, and personal transformation can unfold naturally.

Our retreat home is a beautiful, private sanctuary nestled in the heart of Sedona, surrounded by the majestic red rocks. Here, nature holds you — offering serenity, breathtaking views, and the perfect backdrop for reflection, healing, and connection.
Your retreat ticket includes accommodations, all workshops and yoga sessions, a guided hike to Cathedral Rock vortex, sound healing, a cacao ceremony, and more soul-nourishing experiences throughout the weekend.
